| The all new DL1 is the smallest dermatoscope in the world. It has fantastically crisp and bright optics and is about the same size as a stick of gum! The newest member of the DermLite family despite its compact size, loses none of the quality synonymous with the DermLite brand. The DL1 can be used with or without fluid and can even be attached to the iPhone 4 to allow the user to record images of the lesions presented to them.
Four bright LEDs provide even illumination and a special spacer with coss-polaristaion provides a glare-free image. A non-polarised spacer may be used for traditional immersion fluid dermoscopy. A high quality three element lens configuration, designed to provide excellent results with the iPhone 4 and the included connection kit, offers superb colour correction and reduced image distortion for images rich in surface detail.
