How much is postage & packaging? The postage and packaging charge is calculated depending on weight.There are 3 weight bands which are used to determine this charge: - £2.50 – light-weight - £3.99 – middle-weight - £5.99 – heavy-weight - £6.99 - Next working day delivery (no matter what the weight of an order is) All orders in excess of £150 are free When is an order despatched, & how long does it take to deliver? Orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Thursday and 12p.m on Friday are sent out on the same day (if all items are in stock), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Delivery is usually 2-5 working days, however non-stock items such as furniture and fridges usually incur longer delivery times. How is my transaction information secure?
