| The high quality Optica magnifying lamps have been specifically designed for medical applications, such as patient examinations, chiropody, cosmetic lab work and veterinary purposes.
The Optica 288 is fitted with energy saving, low heat, 22-Watt fluorescent tubes, providing "cool light" for patient and doctor comfort. The 4 Diopter, 120mm diameter lens gives crisp binocular detail with none of the chromatic aberration seen in cheap lenses.
With no visible springs the Optica is very easy to clean and maintain. The arm offers excellent manoeuvrability and positioning accuracy. Enclosed springs all have adjustable friction joints.
