However, due to space and financial considerations, this level of safety and automation was previously unavailable to healthcare practitioners outside the hospital.

Detailed Specifications;

Double Skin Viewing Window:
Allows for ongoing validation of the cleaning disinfection process and ensures it is clearly seen when spray arm obstructed.

Fully Automatic Process:
One touch start will instruct the machine to perform a fully repeatable process ensuring each instrument is reprocessed in accordance with HTM 20/30.

LCD Auto Prompt Display:
User is prompted to replace/insert key performance ingredients such as detergent and water softener.This adds to the machines validated performance.

Programme Sequence Indicator:
The display “advises” the user of its completion of each cleaning stage. This enables the user to “time” the end of the cycle with sets of instruments awaiting processing.

Decono-Zyme Gel:
Specially formulated gel to maximise the cleaning efficiency. Special detergent “well” insures the correct amount of liquid per wash.

Automatic Water Treatment:
Regardless of the local environments water hardness, the machine delivers a precise amount of AWT to enhance cleaning efficiency and decontamination performance.

R.O Water Acceptance:
Should the facility exist within the practice/centre. The machine will automatically “read” the water purity ensuring full compatibility in accordance with HTM 20/30.

Pre-Wash:
The machine will not allow the first part of the cleaning stage to take place unless temperature of water is > 35 degrees. This ensures coagulation of protein is minimised and assist the cleaning efficiency of the main wash.

Main Wash:
At this stage the 2nd “Pre-Wash” temp is elevated to a point not exceeding 55 degrees. The decono-zyme is automatically diluted amongst the load to ensure that temperature,detergent & mechanical action is subjected to the surgical instrument to result in a COMPLETELY CLEAN LOAD.

Thermal Disinfection:
In conjunction with HTM 20/30, the machine will elevate final rinse water to a temperature defined within the above document and hold with a 5 degree band. This process will make the instrument safe for handling prior to sterilization.
