How much is postage & packaging?
The postage and packaging charge is calculated depending on weight. There are 3 weight bands which are used to determine this charge:
- £2.50 – light-weight
- £3.99 – middle-weight
- £5.99 – heavy-weight
- £6.99 - Next working day delivery (no matter what the weight of an order is)
- All orders in excess of £150 are free

When is an order despatched, & how long does it take to deliver?
Orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Thursday and 12p.m on Friday are sent out on the same day (if all items are in stock), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
When ordering, you may select one of the following two delivery methods:
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
- Priority Delivery (UK only): next working day

Which countries do you ship to?
We are able to deliver worldwide. Delivery can take longer than the standard 2-5 working days. In some instances we may need to adjust postage and packaging charges, if so, before proceeding with the order we will contact you and confirm adjusted postage charges. |
Which courier companies do you use?
We mainly use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for deliveries. |
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse. |
How much must I spend to get free delivery?
All orders in excess of £150 are free. |
Can someone else sign for my order?
Yes. Anybody can sign for your order as long as they are at the specified delivery address. |
