There is no doubt that the 2016 decision to leave the European Union will have long-lasting implications for all UK companies. As regularly highlighted in the media, the healthcare industry faces a unique set of challenges, particularly concerning pharmaceuticals.
Our greatest priority during and after this period of change is to maintain a high level of service to our customers. We share our customer’s concerns regarding product availability and potential price increases. We have taken steps to increase our stock levels ahead of any potential supply issues. However, the current uncertainty regarding the outcome of the Brexit process limits us from making more decisive decisions at this time.
