BD Vacutainer K2EDTA tubes are used to obtain a blood samples. BD Vacutainer K2EDTA tubes generally contain K2 or K3 Potassium Salt of EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic acid), which is used as an anticoagulant. This tube contains K2EDTA, which comes as a liquid solution that is spray coated onto the interior surface of the BD Vacutainer Plus Tubes.
