Paediatric SMART Defibrillation Pads - for HeartStart HS1 AEDs
The infant/child SMART pads cartridge is designed for use in conjunction with the Philips HeartStart HS1 defibrillator. These electrode pads reduce the energy level from 150 Joules to 50 Joules, making them extremely safe for use on children.
The Infant/Child Pads cartridge is marked with an indication of patient weight and with a teddy bear icon for easy identification.

Designed for infants/children 1 to 8 years old or less than 55lbs in weight.
Clear pictorial fitting instructions assist the responder during treatment.
Single cartridge contains 1 pair of adhesive electrode pads.
Reduces the energy shock level to 50 joules.
Ideal to keep with the defibrillator in case of an infant/child medical emergency.
18-month Electrode Pad Lifespan.
The unit recognises when the cartridge has been installed.
Ensures defibrillation and CPR settings are changed to suit.
