Allevyn AG Gentle Border Dressings deliver exudate management via unique triple-action technology, with the addition of silver sulfadiazine to the foam pad to provide sustained antimicrobial action.
Features:
Designed to promote healing - Dressing maintains a moist wound healing environment which aids in granulation and epithelialisation.
Sustained release of silver - Dressing has antimicrobial properties which remain effective for up to 7 days in-vitro.
Minimises trauma - Dressing has a gentle silicone adhesive that is atraumatic to the wound and surrounding skin on removal.
Conformable - Dressing can be applied to awkward areas of the body such as knees and heels.
Reduces the risk of infection - Dressing kills pathogenic organisms found in wounds to reduce the risk of colonisation and infection in-vitro.
