Free Change4Life app

Change4Life is a government initiative to get people  eating more healthily and participating in more exercise. From time to time, Change4Life offers freebies such as an information pack, stickers and wall charts. For a freebie you can count on however, check out the great Change4Life app, packed with over 2,000 healthy eating recipe ideas. Free 'Stop Smoking' Resources

Even if you're not a smoker yourself, the chances are you know someone who is. So why not introduce them to Smokefree from the NHS. The campaign aims to support smokers in their fight to quit the habit. The Smokefree website regularly offers a range of free resources designed to help smokers quit. Free fitness apps

January isn't the only time of the year you should start a new fitness routine. MoneySavingExpert has identified 10 great (and free!) fitness apps to help you with your journey. Free first aid guide

St John's Ambulance offer a completely free first aid guide. The pocket sized guide provides you with essential first aid advice. The size means it's easy to keep handy in your pocket or in the car at all times. The guide covers choking, severe bleeding, what do when someone is unresponsive, recovery position, CPR and heart attacks. The guide is only available to UK residents, you can find it -here-
