Today is my company’s, MidMeds, 15th Anniversary and along with my fellow directors, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the very special people that work and have worked, for MidMeds over the past 15 years. As Helen Keller put it so succinctly - “Alone we can do so little; Together we can do so much”.
This is especially pertinent over the past couple of months, where our team have gone above and beyond to ensure that key medical front line staff have appropriate PPE to keep safe while they help their patients.
Although this time has been very high pressured, we consider it a privilege to be able to help in our small way. We would also like to thank all our customers who themselves are going the extra mile to deliver essential medical treatment, whether they work in the NHS or the wider healthcare community. Not only are these heroes helping sufferers of coronavirus, but they are also supporting the ongoing care of those that have long term medical conditions – Thank you #nhsheroes
Finally, I would like to sign off by saying that to mark our anniversary we will be donating PPE to a couple of organisations that are currently helping in getting these products to those that need it the most - masks4nhs (www.crowdfunder.co.uk/masks4nhsheroes) and helpthemhelpus (www.helpthemhelpus.co.uk).
