Accessing Pharmaceutical Products at MidMeds
At MidMeds, we take our responsibility to supply pharmaceutical items very seriously. We are regulated by the MHRA and can only supply pharmaceutical products to authorised companies and individuals.
Whilst we have hidden our products from non-approved customers, here, you will hopefully find answers to some questions you may have concerning our pharmaceutical supply.
How can I access your pharmaceutical catalogue?
If you would like to access our pharmaceutical range of products, including Hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12), Mirena Coils, Prostap, Lidocaine and others, please complete and return our Pharmaceutical Authorisation Form ("POM"). You can access this HERE.

Who can access your Pharmaceutical range?
In additional to GP Surgeries and Pharmacies, we can supply a range of pharmaceutical products to paramedics, midwives, optometrists and podiatrists/chiropodists in accordance with the MHRA compliance list.

How quickly is delivery?
If the item is in stock and the order is placed before 4pm, we will despatch the item the same day Monday - Thursday with Next Working Day delivery as standard.
We do not despatch pharmaceutical products on a Friday due to uncontrolled storage over the weekend during transit, so any orders placed on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday if there's a Bank Holiday Monday!).
During Easter and Christmas, these dates will change as we will despatch the penultimate working day for next day delivery, or the first working day following the extended Bank Holiday period - we will communicate delivery dates via email and on our social media accounts.
