Smarty Saver Automatic Defibrillator
The Smarty Saver Automatic Defibrillator is an easy to use, affordable defibrillator. Its reliable, durable and capable of tackling challenges in various severe environments. The Smarty Saver Semi-Automatic Defibrillator can be easily operated by anyone from paramedics to the general public.
The Smarty Saver can deliver one or more defibrillating shocks on an adult or paediatric patient affected by ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia, by means of a thorax impedance-compensated, biphasic truncated exponential discharge (BTE).
The Smarty Saver Automatic model checks if a shockable rhythm is detected and will warn the user of the imminent shock delivery. After 5 seconds, the defibrillating shock will be released automatically and the CPR phase will follow. The user will be guided by voice prompts and the metronome marking the various cycles of compressions and insufflations.
